Working closely with the team at iNCO creative, I created a coordinated system for these marketing brochures that presents a cohesive outline of theAgency. The brochure covers aspects such as steps to take when purchasing a home for prospective clients to effective ways of marketing a home for incoming agents and sellers. The brochures are a non-standard size and this makes them feel like a unique, tactile object with its glossy finish and a variety of formats.
The cover appears in a distinctive shade of “Tyson Green” and feature the primary version of the Brand’s Logomark. The neon green typography set inDIN evokes the urban landscape. The cover has been set off with a green overlaid image that suggests “Transparency and integrity” of the agency.
The contents of the brochure present a smart, lively overview of the agencies offerings. An active mix of iconography, imagery, lists and pull quotes help create an exciting insider’s view of what it is like to be part ofTyson Properties Westville family.
The billboard advertisements were designed as part of the overall marketing campaign for Debra Maddocks which where then implemented at strategic points in the Westville region that gained frequent vehicle and foot traffic.This maximised the media’s impact and its reach. The campaigns objective was to signal Debra’s position as a leader in the Industry and recapitulate her“Reputation for Results”. The team and I at iNCO Creative were extremely happy to help this phenomenal client soar to even greater heights in the Real Estate industry.
